If you have pain, stiffness or lack of mobility anywhere in your body, this Workshop is for you

Rolling is like having a deep tissue massage, where you have total control of the pressure and the areas that need attention.

In this 2.5 hour workshop you’ll learn simple self Myofascial release (MFR) techniques that you can use at home.

We will work on the entire body from head to toe, finding and releasing areas of tightness or pain, while learning more about the body’s connective tissue and fascia.

This workshop is suitable for anyone with a body.  No yoga experience required.

    Thank you Nic for the Roll and Release workshop we participated in yesterday. I am not sure that I will remember all the releases you showed us. I used my balls under my feet this morning and it felt amazing. I was skipping through the house – no pain. Thanks again for your time, your skill and the care you gave to each and every person that attended this class. Look forward to attending more of your Roll and Release classes in 2017.

    Amazing to find so many sore spots through out the body…..and great to start releasing them during the workshop. Hope for more area specific workshops in the future!!

    Walking on air after this comprehensive workshop – these magic balls and expert guidance felt just as effective as my physio for general relief (shh don’t tell). A little handout with the key massage points highlighted would be a nice add on, though I do seem to have remembered most of them Would love to see roll and relief classes on the timetable, so relaxing!

    This workshop exceeded my expectations, as did the first one I attended. Agree with the above comment, like a 2 hour full body massage. There are many techniques which I know I’ll use again over and over. Handout with key points would be useful. But I really appreciated the knowledge Nic has and the sharing of that knowledge with so many in the class. And for following up on question I had. I definitely would love to see another class going into more specific massage sites. I did use the balls under my head before sleep last night, and had an extremely good nights sleep. So grateful for this type of class being offered at Cultivate Calm.

    Thanks Nic for an amazing workshop..
    I was one of the few at the beginning of the class,who was pain free. The balls found some tender areas. I left the workshop feeling totally released…

    Thanks Nic, I found your workshop very valuable, and I also found relief from a persistent headache which related to muscle tightness in my neck and shoulders.
    Im so glad I attended this workshop, and I highly recommend it to anyone who has a “sore spot”.
