Been practicing for a while and want to go deeper? This is the next level course for people who’ve ideally been practicing yoga for six months and have done our 5 Week Beginner’s Yoga Course.
This course will make you see your yoga practice and experience yourself differently. Expect your practice to seriously change as you cultivate presence and awareness to really embody your practice. When we’re centered in the body we can take our yoga practice to the next level: physically, mentally and spiritually.
We will prepare the body to go deeper through strengthening and opening exercises, while preparing the mind through breathing, concentration and meditation. The goal of this course is to guide you along your yoga path rather than achieving certain poses, although you may well be able to stand on your head by the end.
The course is run as a sequence, with each workshop building upon the previous. Ideally, you should attend each workshop. There are no other yoga courses like this on offer in Brisbane, this is a unique opportunity to develop physically, mentally and spiritually with genuine, authentic teachers. This course will only be offered a few times each year so don’t miss out.

Cost is $350 for 6 weeks of workshops and includes a 5 class pass.
While each week will have a physical focus we will also delve deeper into yoga philosophy, breathing and meditation so that you can experience the transformative effects of yoga on your life.

Class size is limited to 18 and you will be guided and supported by two teachers.
